Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to
- Assistance with personal hygiene
- Money management
- Safety and wellness
- Household skills
- Community integration
- Documentation accounting for supports provided and specific information about the individual(s) they are working with
- Other duties assigned by his/her supervisor.
- Must comply with Creative Pathway Residential Support’s policy and procedure as well as guidelines of support provided in the individual plans.
Physical Demands:
- Physical demands vary depending on the supports required by the individual.
- Must be physically able to perform CPR and First Aid. (will receive training)
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age;
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Must have valid Driver’s License, and current vehicle insurance
- Have the ability to pass a background and drug screening
- Strong work ethic, willingness to serve as a team player by performing job duties as assigned
- Possess good communication skills
- The company provides all training
