Brew’d Boulcott is looking for a part-time Duty Manager to join the small but talented team!
Brew’d Boulcott is a suburban bar and restaurant found in Lower Hutt which prides itself on providing a high quality experience to customers and delivering outstanding food and beverage. Owned and operated by Kāpura, Brew’d Boulcott has strong community values and has a passion for creating an awesome team culture.
As a Duty Manager your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis, reporting directly to your Venue Manager. With support from the Venue Manager and the Kāpura support team, your primary role is to be a fantastic host to our customers and the local community. You’re expected to be able to manage a team, showing them how to showcase Kāpuras vision for providing awesome customer experiences.
What you’ll have:
- An impressive background in hospitality management
- A great understanding of opening/closing venues & cashing up
- Experience managing and leading a team to success
- Competency on both the bar & floor
- Knowledge and understanding of food & beverage
- The ability to create awesome relationships with our locals
- An ability to keep cool under pressure
- For compliance purposes, a valid LCQ & Manager’s certificate
