POP is on the hunt for a Duty Manager to join the team!
We are a fun and relaxed bar, focused on delicious cocktails and amazing craft beer. With the recent addition of Gorilla Burger to our menu, POP is only getting more popular! Located in one of Wellington’s historical buildings, we are right in the heart of Wellington CBD!
We’ve recently reopened after being closed for a few months due to the pandemic, and we are in the process of building the best team – which is why we need you to be our next Duty Manager! Your role will be to run the venue on a shift-by-shift basis and motivating your team to achieve nothing short of excellence!
Our ideal candidate:
- Has previous experience running shifts in a busy venue
- Is a motivated, passionate, friendly and reliable person
- Is open to learning and developing skills
- Enjoys a good yarn and engaging with customers
- Has great leadership and communication skills
- Has some beverage knowledge, ideally specialising in craft beer and cocktails!
- For compliance purposes, has a valid LCQ and Duty Managers license
