We’re looking for team members to join our busy daytime Café. Your purpose will be to ensure an excellent experience for our customers all day, every day. You will:

- Follow company systems, food control plan & personal presentation guidelines
Variety of tasks : customer service & sales, barista, food cabinets stocked & well presented, clean & clear tables, maintain safety & security of our people.
Reporting to the café supervisor, you’ll also work closely with the front of house team.
Part time approx 12 hours per week
Role 1 Sat & Sun, 10am-4.30pm (regular weekends)
Role 2 12-4pm, 3 days/week includes weekends (1 weekend off each month)
- Flex to cover busy periods, annual & sick leave, highly valued in all roles.
- Extra hours may be available in your holidays/our busy Christmas period, if you are keen & available.
Non-negotiable : excellent communication skills, drive to continuously improve, initiative & reliability.
