This position is sole charge (with a kitchenhand if required) so will suit a self-starter who has experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or higher level. Your responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to
•Prep and cook all meals
•Crafting menus using fresh, local, high quality seasonal ingredients
•Creating set menus and catering for groups of up to 50 people
•Manage stock levels and ordering
•Managing a Food Control Plan and having high attention to detail with food safety and hygiene
•Supervising and upskilling kitchenhands
You’ll be a motivated, passionate and dedicated chef, perhaps you are someone looking to take a step up in their career. You’ll possess a strong work ethic and excellent attitude towards work and life in general and be a real go-getter! You’ll need to be confident with managing a Food Control Plan and be able to work unsupervised while also working along side the front of house team.
