Food & Beverage Attendant
Each of our outlets provides a different experience for our guests but regardless of where you work for the day, you’ll be the face of our dining experiences ensuring that our guests enjoy everything we have to offer. While experience in a Food and Beverage environment is preferred and Barista and bartending qualifications or experience an advantage, we provide training to ensure you’re kept up to speed with our products, services, standards, and expectations. At the heart of our service, your ability to build rapport with our guests and share your knowledge and passion for the local surrounding area is the key to success.
What will your day look like?
- Ensuring the dining areas are ready prior to opening and throughout service
- Providing exceptional service through your knowledge and passion for our products
- Handling guest inquiries, taking accurate bookings and ensuring accurate orders for guests
- Use of our Point of Sale system, ensuring accurate transactions and data entry
- Maintaining stock of food and beverage items to ensure continuity of service
- Keeping the presentation of our restaurants and dining areas at a high level
- Working alongside the kitchen team to maintain a cohesive service
- Jumping feet first into the day and helping out wherever is needed
