The opportunity
We are looking for a passionate data storyteller who is eager to bring an analytical mindset and identify key opportunities and provide actionable workforce insights. You will enter into greenfields space and use your expertise to establish a baseline that will drive our People & Culture strategy at CEDP.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll

• Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to source workforce data, and build actionable insights using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau

• Work with People & Culture leaders to understand the unique and urgent workforce challenges and trends of the education industry and assist in building strategic executive, cyclical and ad-hoc reporting

• Assist in the transition from old to new – understanding what our legacy systems can provide while contributing to the design and implementation of a new HRIS

• Contribute to uplifting our leaders’ capacity and general understanding of people centred business intelligence metrics

• Assist in identifying information gaps and refining our People & Culture focus on data quality and integrity

Ideal Candidate

• Combines technical expertise to parse our people data into meaningful insights with a comfortable consultative approach to dealing with leaders with different levels of competency with data

• Has a strong desire to build a people intelligence function from the ground up in partnership with People & Culture teams

• Can balance and prioritise project work and BAU activity (and knows when to ask for assistance)

• Is or would like to skill up quickly to become an Ateryx and Tableau wizard and has the foundation in complementary tech and languages to do so (such as Python, SQL etc.)

• Has worked with datasets within large scale enterprise systems such as SAP (SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce or similar
