Position Title: HUD Housing Coordinator
Accountable To: Office Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt / Part-Time
Remote Work: Not Eligible for Hybrid Remote Work

As a member of the Administrative Team, you will commit to the following roles and responsibilities:
· Possess or complete the National Center for Housing Management Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification within 120 days of employment.
· Responsible for the entire tenant process, from application procedure to move out, including tenant tours, review, and processing of applications, move-in, orientation, recertification, tenant management and move out.
· Maintain records of all maintenance and tenant concerns. Document, investigate, and meet with tenants regarding concerns.
· Collect, enter and reconcile all payments and deposits in property management software.
· Submit detailed tenant and subsidy financial information with all payments received to the Finance Department within 72 hours of receipt.
· Maintain tenant files in compliance with HUD specifications. Maintain and manage the waitlists for HUD properties.
· Be available for a 2-week on-call rotation for any tenant or facility issues.
· Keep abreast of HUD policies through the HUD listserv and maintain standard operating procedures and policies to ensure compliance. Attend training as needed.
· Keep current on changes and expectations as they are delivered through team communication Engage in department, team, and all staff meetings
· Actively participate in agency training and take the initiative to use information obtained in training in your work
· Use Microsoft Teams and Outlook Calendar to manage and promptly keep appointments
· Follow all PCS policies and procedures and keep current on all required training
· Safeguard the security and confidentiality of protected health information in accordance with PCS policies
· Demonstrate ability to use and follow best practices for completing job requirements
· Complete all applicable deadlines in accordance with the PCS procedures
· Maintain regular office hours at both HUD properties.
· Any other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will possess:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required with 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in property management and PRAC 811 preferred.
· Proven ability to read, comprehend and apply government and agency regulations.
· Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with other professionals, individuals, and families.
· Excellent communication, computer, analytical and math skills.
· Proven ability to successfully manage your time and set yourself up to work independently
· Introductory knowledge about developmental disabilities and the work towards inclusion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
