What will you be doing in this role:
This part time role will see you work from home to support the Director with the day to day back-end management of multiple projects all at varying stages in the development cycle.
- Diary and inbox management, allocate and respond accordingly
- Managing contracts in accordance with policies and procedures
- Assist with design changes and variations
- Development of documentation for each project
- Liaison with builders, council, surveyors, architects and other stakeholders
- Negotiation with suppliers and stakeholders
- Set up and book inspections
- Assist with project control
- Update the Director on project status, assist with progress claims
- Manage subcontractor and consultant agreements and insurances
- Data entry, reconciling and managing reporting
The right candidate will have:
First and foremost, you must be analytical with a passion for property, you will have strong attention to detail and a love for administration and being meticulously organised. This role would be ideal for a student that is part way through a Bachelor of Property of Construction management that would like to get some hands-on work experience to help further enhance their studies and build their career.
