The mahi undertaken in the HR Business Partner Team is the catalyst for positive change in our organisation. We operationalise strategy through the provision of timely and objective advice, support, intervention and coaching, empowering UC whānau to be the best they can be every day. Our processes and practices are guided by our values, our experience, and strategic organisational relationships.

Mōu | Who You Are

You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification) and have significant experience implementing good Human Resource practices. You have substantial knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation, policies, procedures.
