Mathnasium is a FUN and UPBEAT Math-only Learning Center in Newton MA. We have several openings for In-Person math tutors who would like to help kids in a fun and upbeat environment. Uber reimbursement possible.
No official tutoring experience needed but …
1. Must be strong in math through Algebra 1.
2. An SAT Math score 700+ or ACT equivalent.
3. Must enjoy working with kids (1st-8th grade).
4. Must be open to learning new ways of teaching math and working with children.
5. Must be in 11th grade or older.

Your Role
You’ll be working with students grades 1-8, explaining math. All worksheets and lesson plans are prepared by center directors and prepared for you.
Flexible Hours – You choose when you work: 2, 3, or 4 shifts / week
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu : 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Pay Rate: $16-$20 per hour
UBER Reimbursement possible in certain circumstances.
