We are a charitable trust that assists schools with providing different learning by doing group activities. Located in Hawke’s Bay, We have a focus on providing a link between experiential learning and future employment through vocational pathways. The Trust works with schools that have a community feel by operating small class sizes supported by other mentors and staff. Building trust with students involved in an activity they love, enables us to provide caring support for students who need this.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about working with youth and have the skills to facilitate all manner of learning and team development with students interested in learning Mau Rakau.
Applicants must be available during school hours at a time that you are free. The job is one to two hours per week to begin with but there is the potential for increased hours over time. We pay travel expenses as well as an hourly rate.
