What you need to bring
- tOur preferred candidate for this role will have proven technical experience in diverse aspects of Mechanical Engineering for water infrastructure projects.
- tYou will be a people person, with exceptional communication skills and the technical understanding in your discipline.
- tYou will have proven experience in leading diverse teams and managing resources.
- tYou will understand Mechanical CAD software requirements.
- tYou will be experienced dealing with a range of clients and stakeholders including local authorities, government bodies and commercial companies.
- tIn this exciting position, your own self-management skills will be as important as your technical and project management ones. You will need to be able to prioritize workloads whilst maintaining strong and trusting working relationships with our Clients’ and colleague’s both locally and across the broader Stantec team.
- tYou will have strong client facing skills and experience.
- tYou will be able to work with remote teams to deliver projects to local clients.
- tKey requirements are a BE Mechanical or equivalent, plus a minimum of 3 years professional experience in the consulting or engineering industry.
- tLooking to achieve CPEng or equivalent
