- To be prepared to not just weld all the time. This job will involve the cutting and preparing of steel and general process work as well as welding.
- To be self-motivated, enthusiastic, experienced and have good initiative.
- To be able to multi-task and cope with a busy and varied workshop role.
- Take ownership and are proactive
- Experience using MIG welding equipment and can understand and read production drawings
- Fabrication/Welding qualifications and experience are a must
- Are reliable, accurate and take pride in your work
