About the opportunity:

Due to a solid workload in the next 2 years, they are currently looking to add a Minor Civil Project Foreman / Operator to join the team. Responsibilities will include:
- Footpath repairs, telecommunications/power, trenching/backfilling and reinstatement works
- Responsible for ensuring a strong culture of health and safety within the business
- Reports on safety near misses and incidents that occur within the yard and where required
- Investigates/supports improvement of safety performance onsite by sharing key learnings
- Carries out daily prestart checks on company vehicles that require such a process
This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:
- Relevant experience in the Civil industry
- Class 2 license + WTR
- Applicant needs to pass a drug/alcohol/medical test
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Possess a strong culture of health and safety
