This is an exciting position for an exprienced Lifeguard to join our fast paced Network Support Team. Our Northern pool and leisure facilities are more popular than ever, and as a Lifeguard you will play a key part in ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable but safe experience.
As a Network Support Team Member, you will:
- Provide cover for planned leave and training
- Be rostered on a variable schedule across the Northern sites
- Flexbile hours up or down to suit your availability week-to-week
- General lifeguarding duties to ensure customers are safe and looked after; and
- Have the opportunity to upskill across multiple functions

We are looking for someone that has:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within the aquatics industry
- Passionate about sports and recreation
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills, maturity, and reliability
- Pro-active and has the initiative where required
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively
- A current First Aide Certificate and Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate would be benficial
- Training can be provided for the right candidate.

We have 1 x permanent part-time opportunity working 16 hours per week on a variable roster across our northern pools and leisure centres. Our centres are open 7 days a week so flexibility will be key, with early morning shifts from 5:00 am and late shifts up to 10:00 pm as well as the expectation to work 1 weekend day
