We are looking for a motivated and customer focused inbound phone operator to work remotely helping to take sales calls and help deal with day-to-day operations within a nationwide Australian pest control business.
This role would be within Australian working hours and would also be ideal for someone with a sales or customer care background.
This role would start on a subcontract basis but has long term opportunities for the right candidate (once we expand into NZ). We offer a flat daily rate (paid weekly) plus commission based on sales or performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
2- Handling and resolving customer issues regarding product sales to customer service problems
3- Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers,
4- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
5- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
6- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with technicians for the required jobs.
Job Requirements:
1- Fluent English is essential.
2- Laptop and good internet connection.
3- Customer service / sales experience would be advantageous.
4- Good computer skills.
5- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
6- Bachelor’s degree an advantage but not essential.

1- Ability to work well with others.
2- Technically minded in regards to computer applications.
3- Able to react effectively and calmly in stressful situations.
4- Able to maintain customer confidence.
