About the role:

As an Administrator, you’ll be working in a key role providing administration support to the Masterton Water & Wastewater Maintenance Contract and working with our wider operational team to deliver on time every time. You will be available at 7:30am and working through to midday working 20-25 hours per week from Monday – Friday.

This role will include:

  • Processing client job requests from entry through to completion
  • Preparation and processing of purchase orders
  • Reception Duties
  • Processing timesheets and leave forms
  • Supporting field staff requests
  • Taking meeting minutes and loading incident reports

About you:

  • You will be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, able to multi-task and comfortable working through a high volume of tasks that you can learn easily.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills is an essential requirement for this role.
  • You will be flexible and able to work independently as well as being a true team player in an environment where you can thrive and learn.

Key Attributes

  • IT Savvy
  • Strong Administrative background (in water, construction or related fields)
  • Ability to learn new in-house technology and systems
  • A good eye for detail and be able to pick things up quickly
  • Full training will be provided for the suitable applicant.
