Tamatea PAK’nSAVE are currently seeking a Personal Shopper to join our busy online ‘Click and Collect’ department.


ABOUT THE ROLE

This position requires exceptional customer service skills and well as shopping and product knowledge. We are looking for someone who will take pride in collecting items purchased online, someone who will treat the shopping as their own. You must be able to provide our PAK’nSAVE clientele a “personal shopping service” offering the ultimate experience in shopping to the very highest standard. This is a physical role that involves pushing heavy trolleys of groceries, and packing orders into lockers above shoulder height.

The role we currently have available offers 24 hours per week. The roster is as follows:


Monday, Friday and Saturday 5am – 1.30pm

The role requires placing orders into the lockers. This involves ensuring all customer orders are correctly loaded into the right locker. Attention to detail and physical capability is essential.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Reviewing online orders
  • Collecting each item ordered using a tablet and following the online app
  • Outstanding presentation of products
  • Substitute items with similar if product is unavailable
  • Taking packed orders out to the lockers for customers to collect at specified intervals throughout the day


ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone in this role who will be proactive, reliable, resourceful, self-motivated, team-oriented and able to multi-task, with a high level of professionalism and an outstanding presentation of products.
