About the role:
As a resource management coordinator, you will be ensuring the program of work has enough resource capability. You are the link between the customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to minimise risk.
- Coordinate between the key clients and delivery partners where a job has failed on the first attempt,
- Manage the work in progress and multiple reschedules to minimise cycle times and provide proactive and positive customer service
- Be on your game to rearrange support to the subcontractors to minimise loss of time
- Coordinate of faulty network tasks, scheduling work to contractors who have the relevant skills and capability
What are they looking for?
If you have worked in the telecommunications industry this would be a bonus, we are also looking for people who have a high level of administrative experience:
- Extensive experience using workflow management tools and or CRM’s
- Strong problem-solving skills and work well under pressure
- Experience with Netmap/Small world
