Retail Assistant / Customer Service – Wainuiomata, Wellington

This employer is looking for an experienced and positive candidate to join their retail team, on a permanent part-time basis. As a retail assistant, you will work in a down to earth environment surrounded by equally awesome colleagues that are passionate about exceeding customer expectations. Bring your unique self to the retail floor and put your personal passions into practice as you sell our diverse range of Vaping products to our equally diverse and loyal customer base. We are an interesting Vaping business looking for unique people who want to make a real difference to people’s lives by quitting smoking and switching to Vaping.

Having a keen interest to understand what is Vaping? Experience in the vaping industry would benefit your application.

In this role you will:

• Be providing all customers with excellent customer service.
• Completing all daily store operations.
• Dealing with customer queries and issues.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology to assist customers to find the right product for them.
• Packing online orders on request.
• Maintain Daily Stocktake Procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Assist the Manager with the daily operational tasks.
• Ensure the store sales and inventories all correctly accounted for.
• Manage the store’s assets.

In order to be considered for this role you will need:

• To have well-developed communication and listening skills.
• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Be computer literate.
• Must work on the weekends and according to the roster.
• Reliable and enthusiastic.
• Vaping Industry Experience Required.

You will be required to work at least one full weekend day; this will be part of the roster. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to one weekend day.
