Purpose
As a Retail Sales Representative you will be the face of the Mons Royale brand to customers coming through our Queenstown Brand Store, providing brand stoke, excellent customer service and sales support. You will also be required to collect market insights from the customers to feedback to the Mons HQ in Wanaka.
MISSION
Customer Service: Providing excellent product knowledge and customer service
Brand portrayal: Providing a service to our customers that is uniquely ‘Mons’, seizing opportunities to fuel customers stoke on the brand and get market insights from your customers
Sales Processing: Process sales and end of day cash ups where required
Key Tasks
- Assist customers in locating merchandise
- Use point of sale system and eftpos system for sales transactions
- Be a product expert for Mons Royale and answering any queries on the brand and products
- Attend staff trainings
- Replenish stock on racks
- Keep store merchandise to a high standard
- Accurately count and balance cash register and receipts
- Report back to the marketing/product team on market insights from customers/surveys
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Assist with any pop-up store seasonal events where necessary
Hours
21-25 hours a week – based around 3 set shifts with the opportunity for additional shifts as required.
Requirements
Experience in a customer service/sales role
Knows and loves the Mons Royale brand
Outgoing and friendly person
Proactive team member
Ideally stock and cash-handling experience
