Building Service Contractors of NZ (BSCNZ) is the trade association for the NZ Cleaning industry – we represent many employers who require the services of Commercial Cleaners throughout NZ.
You will be employed directly by one of our members who will provide you with an Employment Agreement, uniform, and any required PPE. All necessary training and support for this important role will be given.

The Shift Details:
We have a number of roles available over a 7 day period. You are not required to work everyday however you will need to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week and this will include some weekend work

- Monday – Sunday
- 9.00 pm – 11.30 pm

- Role 5
- Monday – Sunday
- 5.00 am – 7.30 am
- 6 days per week
- Based in Bethlehem
- Wage $20.00 / hour
- Role 5

You must be available for every shift within your agreed role.
About the Role:
This role involves working unsupervised to provide a high-quality cleaning service within retail stores or supermarkets. The incumbent will be required to stand for lengthy periods and some lifting maybe required.
Requirements could include;
- Vacuuming, mopping
- Bathrooms, Kitchens, offices, TOLIETS
- Rubbish removal
- Surface wiping
- Daily sanitisation
- Stock replenishment
- Glass cleaning
- Floor care
- Using ride on machinery
- Trolley cleaning
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a passion for quality cleaning work, customer service and meet the following criteria;
- Great time management skills
- A reliable form of transport to get to and from work daily
- Cleaning experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Focus on customer service and delivery of outcomes
- No Criminal convictions.
- Personal drive to do your best work!
- Fit and healthy and cleaning is manual work and you will be required to stand for the entire shift
- Flexible and able to assist with staff cover
- Willingness to carry out all relevant screening requirements prior to and during employment, this will include COVID vaccination and regular testing
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
