Scrum Master

Powerco has adopted a cloud-first strategy to enable business agility and innovation, speed-up delivery and to drive value by reducing technology costs.
In order to achieve this we need a Scrum master who will provide best practice, resource and support to our programme overseeing and guiding our improvement activities. You will also work with our IS Transformation programme to ensure our agile adoption aligns across multiple streams of work.
As Scrum Master you will use Agile practices, principles and cultures to speed up the delivery of the cloud programme. Facilitating and leading agile ceremonies is a key area for this role, along with supporting, empowering and unblocking issues for the agile team. A focus on continuous improvement is essential and you will champion agile ways of working to enable delivery goal success.
To be successful in the role, you will be a driven self-starter that knows how to balance the desire for perfection with a minimum viable product.
