About the role:
Starting in February (either full-time or fixed term), the Team Leader will lead the academic team on campus and will work closely with an allocated team of tutors to ensure they are supported on campus and equipped to deal with student queries and issues. You will assume responsibility for a group of tutors and oversee all aspects of their development from a teaching and learning perspective. Some of your key responsibilities will be to
- Provide effective leadership on campus and support the Campus Manager to achieve all campus annual goals and initiatives
- Support a team of tutors to ensure they are effective and innovative educators and valuable contributors to the campus and wider Yoobee Colleges team
- Teach part of a programme to remain relevant in both educational practice and industry relevant based education
About you:
You will describe yourself as an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven individual who strives to get the best out of their team. While prior educational and leadership experience knowledge will be advantageous, it is not essential for this role. You must also be
- A team player with proven organizational, staff management and positive leadership skills.
- MS Office suite – Word, Excel, Teams – used extensively on campus
