As a Sous Chef you will be working the afternoons and evenings up to 45 hours a week. You’ll come with 3 years under you apron of managing daily kitchen activities overseeing staff, menu preparation ensuring food quality and freshness is spot on.
You’re a passionate chef who loves being hand- on. You understand the role of Sous chef is to lead your team from the front and to say thank you’ after a long busy service.
Your self-driven in often an autonomous role, working with a great crew; you’ll be monitoring the ordering and will create delicious dishes cooking consistently to a high standard. You’ll showcase your versatility using all the local suppliers (some from your own back yard!). Offering gorgeous casual dining through to wedding canapes and corporate functions.
You are fully rewarded for your culinary efforts by getting onsite accommodation +$55k with a bonus retainer…. It’s a win/ win!
