Jesse is a young man who is energetic, fun and very cheeky. We are looking for someone who is caring, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile.
The following shifts available:
- Friday sleepover 9pm-7am once a month
- Saturdays 7am till 3pm (excluding every fourth)
- Sundays 3pm till 8pm
We are also looking for the same position to be willing to pick up casual shifts to help cover sickness, holidays and sleepovers (when the family is on holiday).
The support Jesse needs includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting with all daily activities, including all personal cares (and toileting needs)
- Outings, such as swimming, bikeriding, community events
- Helping get ready for bed
- General household chores, doing his fair share of the housework
- Enabling Jesse to connect with his community
- Enhancing his independence and helping with new skills
- Basic cooking, preparing appropriate pureed meals
- Having fun!
You must have excellent, clear and concise verbal communication skills . A full drivers licence is also preferred, as Jesse has his own vehicle his support people utilise.
