We are rolling out numerous exciting new projects including the construction and delivery of two new ships and ferry terminals through the Inter-Island Resilient Connection (iReX) Programme and revamping our operational/customer service strategies and processes.

We have an opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our Fleet Operations Team within our Interislander business unit in Wellington.
You will be based at our Wellington Railway Station, and will provide administrative support for our Operations Team Administrator and the Fleet Operations team. You will be kept busy working on a variety of tasks, including invoicing, creating purchase orders and overall business support. responsible for the maintenance of operational

- Experience as an administrator within a fast-paced environment
- Second-to-none organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of basic finance functions including invoicing, SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Be a team player, who can easily build rapport with others
