Introduction

We are seeking a casual trainer for short courses delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training. You will be upskilling students to begin or further progress their career path.

  • Be able to impart not just the theory, but real-life stories of workforce experiences
  • Be part of a national training company and supportive team
  • You will enjoy taking the time to communicate a message in different styles and approaches to ensure your message is received by a range of learners
  • You will have an inclusive and supportive approach to people
  • Play a part in your local community to assist students in gaining the right skills so they can get the right job
  • Casual position – short courses – 5 day blocks


About you


  • Must hold a current up to date TAE40116 including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B

  • Cert III in Business, Business Admin, preferably trainer with experience with the BSB training Package.
  • Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
  • Experience in delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training
  • Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
  • Relevant qualifications and industry currency (please place your currency on your resume for reference)
  • Additonal quaifications in retail, individual support would be a bonus
  • Willing to travel to multiple site locations
