Thank you for considering employment in the Lunenburg Public Schools.GENERALThe Lunenburg Public Schools seeks to hire MTSS (Massachusetts tiered System of Support) Tutor (s) for a school day support position with a focus on reading and math for our Lunenburg Primary School students Grades 1 and 2 and Turkey Hill Elementary Students grades 3 to 5.Schedules will be developed based upon student needs as determined by assessments but will generally be between the hours of 9:00AM and 3:00PM. Schedules may be adjusted periodically during the school year as data indicates; candidates must be flexible. Instructional programming resources will be provided and are expected to be used as the primary resource for instruction.It is anticipated the tutoring services will be provided to students on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for up to 18.75 hours a week for the school year. RATE OF PAY: $30 per hour for Certified Teachers.

Candidates with some education experience/course work may be considered. $25 per hour for qualified candidates without certification.
