The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, positive, who can think on their feet, Accounts Payable Administrator with the initiative to enhance this company’s reputation for responsiveness and efficiency. You will encompass mainly accounts payable duties, general support to Financial Controller and other ad-hoc tasks as required. Along with performing administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the finance team function smoothly.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years full function accounts payable experience
- Understanding and ability to handle supplier and tenant queries and issues
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail as well as accurate data entry skills
- Proactive and computer literate with exceptional people and organizational skills
- Experience in administration and processing financial transactions
