Primeproperty Group is a multi-disciplined property organisation. Through a number of independent companies, the group owns and operates commercial office buildings, car parking buildings, hotels, residential buildings, industrial and retail properties. The group also owns and develops residential land and housing estates.

The finance department is the centre of all that activity. You work alongside all departments and will build strong relationships with colleagues as well as clients, suppliers and management.

The role of Accounts Payable has the responsibilities of:

  • Processing significant volumes of creditor invoices
  • Reconciliations of creditor statements
  • Following up on outstanding invoices
  • Working with Business Managers on approvals of invoices
  • Answering questions from staff, business managers, suppliers and clients
  • General administration and ad hoc duties

While we can teach you all about the dynamic world of property, you will need to bring:

  • Ability to process data and information with accuracy and speed
  • Solid knowledge of accounting processes, especially accounts payable
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
  • Experience in using accounting software VISION/CRE an advantage
  • Excel skills highly desirable

We are a business that looks after it’s people! We offer flexibility with this role being part-time hours of approximately 3 days per week initially, but may increase in time.
