We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Assistant Programme Manager who can support the Programme Manager with ensuring the children have lots of fun through a wide variety of activities, and that the programme operates according to the OSCAR and sKids standards.
We are looking for someone with great communication skills that loves building relationships with the parents and children on our programme, enjoys planning activities and thrives on results.
This is a permanent role for 24.75 hours per week. The hours of work will be Monday – Friday 7am – 8:30am and 2.45pm – 6pm. During the Holiday Programmes there is the opportunity for full time hours.

COVID-19 vaccination
On 11 October 2021, the New Zealand Government has made a public health direction mandating the COVID-19 vaccination for all Health & Disability and Education sector workers in New Zealand. As an OSCAR provider we are part of this mandate.
All sKids team members are considered ‘affected persons of affected education services’ under COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Amendment order (No 3) 2021 and are requested to have their first COVID vaccination by 15th November 2021 and their second COVID vaccination by 1st January 2022.

sKids is committed to Child Protection and the safeguarding of children and young people in our care and we expect all staff to operate in a way that reflects this intent. All successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory Police Record Check. All applicants must hold the right to work in New Zealand.
