We are a family who look after our staff, so they can look after our late-forties loved one in his own home, in Opoho.
While this role does not require you to undertake personal cares, it does require you to be patient, calm, respectful, creative, and interesting. You will be helping by doing domestic chores including cooking, driving him to appointments, and supporting him socially.
Approximately 7 hours weekly: Fridays 11am- 3pm. Wednesdays 9.30- 11.30am, but the same as Fridays for six weeks over summer. Every second week on Tuesdays, 11.30am- 1.30pm. Variations are likely to these hours. Casual shifts are available at other times.
We pay more than the Living Wage, and provide a happy workplace. We also give full guidance and support
