Job Description
Our Supply team are the team that fuels our customers, literally! Supply at Z Energy looks after the whole fuel supply chain and ensures we have what we need, where we need it. Our Supply Aviation team at Christchurch Airport works to ensure a safe and reliable fuel service.
We have a newly created part-time permanent role for a Christchurch Airport Coordinator / Kairuruku Taunga Rererangi o Ōtautahi. We are looking for a skilled Administrator and Coordinator to provide support to the Airport Manager and wider team. This will include updating data, reconciling stock and providing reporting as well as booking health checks and ordering safety equipment for the team. There will be some accounts responsibilities as well as general office administration.
This role is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours a week, ideally across 4-5 weekdays. We can be flexible with the days and hours worked. If you have genuine reason for seeking and committing to part-time work, we would love to hear from you.
You will have the opportunity to
- Manage product receipt and sale records in a stock management system, including daily reconciliation and monthly reporting
- Organising health checks for the team of Aircraft Refuelers and ordering, ensuring they have appropriate PPE and maintaining training records
- Creating and receipting Purchase Orders, managing and resolving all accounts payable queries/issues and liaising Z’s accounts team
- Purchasing office equipment and consumables
- Liaising with third party contractors and arranging site inductions
- Providing general administrative support
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to Z
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
- Organisational and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with a range of people
- Problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Initiative and ability to self-manage and an eye for detail
