Core objectives include:
· Making outbound calls on a client’s existing database and qualify opportunities for our clients
· Maintain accurate records of communication and their outcomes on all mediums of record-keeping.
· Process accurately and timely any administration tasks as instructed for the purpose of servicing our client’s campaign
· Conduct all communication with our clients and their existing and new contacts with the utmost professionalism, through all mediums of communication
· Achieve and maintain the expected calling and performance Key Performance Indicators
· Always maintain a professional and positive representation of our client and their brand
We have the following position available:
PART-TIME (2 available) (20 hours)-possibility for more hours dependent on volumes and individual performance
Primary hours will be Mon – Thurs 1.30pm – 6.30pm
FULL TIME (1 available) (30 hours) possibility for more hours dependent on volumes and individual performance
Primary hours will be Mon – Thurs 10.30pm – 6.30pm
12-month fixed-term employment with the potential to move to a permanent position thereafter. We also have a 6-month fixed term option if that suits you better.
We also have a profit-sharing scheme for all eligible team members.
