As a hands-on Shift Supervisor, no two days are the same. You’ll be leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, process swim smart registrations, memberships, and various administrative and operational duties, to help transform and enrich our customers’ and members’ lives.
You’ll be someone who thrives on leading and delivering a high level of guest care in a busy and dynamic environment. You’ll understand what it takes to ensure that every visitor enjoys a memorable experience. Your previous experience in a similar supervisory role will make you a key member of our team.
Your great work ethic and positive attitude together with the ability to engage and build rapport easily will help you in dealing with the public. You’ll be a source of information, a problem-solver and able to think on your feet.
As someone who values relationships and is naturally caring and supportive of others, you’ll be willing and able to support our Customer Experience Team Leader every day and you will be driven by a passion for wellness and achieving our goal of more people more active more often.

- Friday 1.30pm – 10.00pm
- Sunday 1.00pm – 8.30pm
