Guest Services Attendant
Our Guest Services team looks after the front office and retail experience for our guests, but regardless of where you work for the day, you’ll be the face of our guest experience providing a wide range of support an assistance to ensure that our guests enjoy everything we have to offer.
While experience in a customer or guest experience environment is preferred and hotel and retail qualifications or experience an advantage, we provide training to ensure you’re kept up to speed with our products, services, standards, and expectations. At the heart of our service, your ability to build rapport with our guests and share your knowledge and passion for the local surrounding area is the key to success.
What would my day look like?
- Sharing your strong knowledge and passion for the local area with our guests and visitors
- Upselling all services & activities available in the surrounding area, in order to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Jumping feet first into the day and helping out wherever is needed
- Keeping the presentation of our guest services areas at a high level
- Handling guest inquiries, taking accurate bookings and ensuring accurate transactions and data entry
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of accuracy when inputting information into the database
- Ensuring that all security procedures are followed in relation to cash, keys, guest security and privacy
- Handling requests and complaints, deferring to the Manager/Supervisor when necessary
