About the Role:
We are seeking someone with experience in computer and server Operating Systems and Smartphone OS, hardware, cabling, Switches networking and software troubleshooting.
- Testing end-user systems, including PCs, laptops, phones, Servers, Switches and peripherals.
- Troubleshooting technical issues by suggesting and supporting inquiries about software hardware problems.
- Identify faults and follow up with suppliers and repair agents to ensure customers products are repaired promptly.
- Listing Products for sale on our website and other sales channels.
- Data entry of sales orders, Matching packing slips and invoices, entering freight follow up the customer orders to end of delivery.
- Advise, serve and assist customers with Email inquiries on technical issues.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with your customers.
- Understand software and hardware programmes and infrastructure to provide support.
- Excellent communication and writing skills as you’ll be writing emails to customers.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT
- Up to date technical understanding of computer systems, new technologies and computers accessories.
- Ability to competently and autonomously perform upgrades, repairs and installations.
- Broad technical knowledge across all areas of information technology
- Possess a high-level work ethic, professionalism, motivation and initiative, with the ability to work autonomously
- Hands-on approach a willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure and against deadlines as well ability to multi-task and work on a variety of issues
- Work will be performed onsite which will cover installations and configuration of Desktop, Servers, Switches, Routers, peripherals. Updating products on Our Sales Channels for resale and following up the full process of sales to delivery.
