The Role
We are looking for a Superstar Manager who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors in Auckland.
You will:
- Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
- Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members
- Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation
- Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
- Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line
Skills / Experience
A previous role leading a team is encouraged however not essential. What we are looking for is:
- Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
- Leadership, energy and enthusiasm
- An open mind and eagerness to learn
- A flexible, fun and driven individual
- A managers certificate or LCQ is advantageous
