The Opportunity
Our Power Team engages with clients throughout New Zealand and Australia, delivering high-value projects in their niche technical sector.
As a key team member and “go-to” support for Central Power team, you’ll provide administrative expertise to our collaborative and vibrant team, helping them do what they do best – engaging with clients and project delivery. The scope of the role will reflect the enthusiasm and energy you bring, blending your organisation skills, word-smithing and presentation skills to support team activities, culture, bid preparation and so much more….
Scheduling meetings, welcoming new team members, formatting documents, helping with bids, invoicing, running reports or coordinating events – every day will be different. Your curiosity to learn, initiative and proactive support will pave the way for variety and enjoyment.
About you
An administrative whiz, perhaps with some project-related experience, you’ll be eager to make your mark and add value in a team poised for growth. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, you’ll, be calmly efficient and able to multi-task with flair! Positive, approachable, proactive, curious to learn and responsive in delivering, you’ll thrive where you have variety and enjoy meeting people across the team and the wider business.
Confident in Microsoft Office 365, you’ll be meticulous in document presentation, also with an eye for detail in helping to manage project-related data. Your initiative and commitment to taking an active role in the goals, culture and celebrations of the team will ensure your success and enjoyment.
