We are looking for an experienced Customer and Corporate Host to join our KiwiRail Property team, supporting our function with your valuable administration expertise.

This is a full-time role based in Wellington at our iconic Railway Station office. The purpose of your role hones in on your excellent customer-service skills, acting as the first point of contact for our customer, suppliers and the public.
Reporting to the General Manager – Southern Property Portfolio, some of your key accountabilities for this position include providing general administration support, ranging from greeting and liaising with our customers, to co-ordinating incoming mail, courier deliveries, access management and co-ordinating events within the building.
As Customer and Corporate Host you will ensure all work is dealt with quickly and accurately and use your top-notch customer service skills with our internal and external customers.

We are looking for a driven customer-service orientated professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to think pragmatically and act proactively. Experience in a customer service and administration background is a must, and ideally you would possess and industry related qualification however this is not a requirement for the role.
You will be a great communicator with an ability to deal with a diverse range of people, applying your problem-solving skills and “can do” attitude to achieve results.
