The team at Frog Recruitment are working with a leading medical device company. We are on the lookout for a customer service representative for a customer care focused role for 6 months temporary work with a hybrid work model.
· Training provided.
· $30 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
· Phone based role – Customer care.
· Based in Mt. Wellington.
· 6-month temporary work.
· Hybrid role- Work form home flexibility.
The role
You will be the first point of contact for the company, handling queries form customers over the phone, offering advice and resolutions and keeping the database up to date. This role also has the potential to become a permanent role for a high performing candidate. Training will be provided across the company so you can understand how everything works. The hours during the training period will be 9-5. After training is completed the hours will be 7:30- 3:30. There will be work form home flexibility available.
About you
We are looking for people with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, effective communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and can compete tasks with a high level of accuracy. Experience in a phone based or similar customer focused role a would be an advantage.
