We are small flower growing business and currently seeking candidate for flower picker/buncher role in our business based in Kingseat, Auckland.
Job Requirements:
Some of your tasks involved will be manual work including lifting, bending and twisting so workers need to be fit and healthy as well as have a positive attitude. Most of the work is undertaken in supervised teams or groups. You will be assisting in planting, growing, harvesting, spraying, and packing of flowers to the quantity and quality standards stipulated by management.
It is a great opportunity for people wanting to enter a growing industry and develop their skills. We offer support and development, with a strong emphasis on providing positive working environment. Early start and late evenings work involved. You will be asked to work over the weekend as well.
