Ko ngā āheinga mahi / The Opportunity
This full-time role will be responsible for canvassing and maintaining a consistent flow of candidates for various roles for our clients throughout the Auckland and Northern region. From foodie events to big concerts and sporting events, we supply the people.
Your key responsibilities will include advertising to potential candidates through digital marketing, and social media job boards, identifying skills and sourcing candidates. A large amount of your time will also be reference checking, telephone screening and interviewing including video interviewing using zoom software.
E pā ana ki ā koe / About You
You will be a natural communicator with an administration background, be organised, methodical and have an excellent eye for detail.
A good understanding of the MS Office suite is essential coupled with excellent social media skills.
You will form strong working relationships, be comfortable working autonomously and relish the opportunity to be responsible for your own success.
You will be motivated and energetic, flexible with your working hours and keen to make a difference in the community.
