The successful candidates will be paid above average market rates, be rewarded with incentives for hitting targets and will earn in excess of $100k+ per annum. This is not an entry level position; you will need to have had experience in fundraising in face-to-face direct sales for a minimum 6 months delivering a minimum of 7 donors per week or have managed a team of 5+ people in fundraising.
